Construction Manager
Vezha Telecom LLC is looking for an experienced Construction Manager to oversee our telecommunications projects.
Locations: Mid West, East Coast, and Southern US (depending on availability).
Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Industry Experience: Proven experience working with major carriers such as T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon, and others.
- Team Leadership: Strong experience in managing and coordinating multiple field crews.
- Project Management: Ability to manage the workflow and project execution both on the job site and from the office as needed.
- Stakeholder Communication: Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with stakeholders, clients, and vendors.
- Document Control: Tracking, receiving, and submitting required project documentation and closeouts.
- Testing Equipment Proficiency: Hands-on ability to work with testing equipment for fiber optic and RF cables, including performing OTDR tests, Fiberscope tests, Sweep tests, PIM tests, and more.
- Willingness to Travel: Readiness for long work days and constant travel across the assigned regions.

Vezha Telecom LLC is looking for an Entry Level Tower Technician. No prior experience required – we will teach you the trade.
Locations: Mid West, East Coast, and Southern US (depending on availability).
Requirements:
- Physical and mental readiness for hard work and constant travel
- Willingness to acquire necessary industry certifications
- Willingness to follow a strong work ethic
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently, depending on the tasks

Experienced Tower Technician
Vezha Telecom LLC is looking for an Experienced Tower Technician to join our crews.
Locations: Mid West, East Coast, and Southern US (depending on availability).
Projects: AT&T, T-Mobile, or Verizon (Ericsson or Nokia equipment depending on the market).
Requirements:
- Relevant work experience
- NWSA TTT1, OSHA 10, RF Awareness, CPR/First Aid, Climber/Rescuer, and Rigger certifications
- Essential hand tools
- Strong work ethic
- Willingness for long work days and constant travel
